Hi, I’m Jon Williams, a fitness coach with 28 years of experience helping men and women over 50 rebuild their strength, repair their metabolism, and regain confidence in their bodies. I was a strength and conditioning coach for the Milwaukee Brewers for 3 years. I believe that age is just a number, and with patience, consistency, and the right plan, anyone can achieve lasting health and fitness.
